Deliveries and Lead Times

Delivery Information

Most of our deliveries are typically kerbside unless stated otherwise. Drivers are neither instructed nor expected to bring furniture inside.

Typically installation is at a premium and will need to be quoted prior to ordering.

Should you wish to place an order for a residential address, please note that we do not offer a tracking service for deliveries.

Deliveries are always made Monday-Friday between 8am and 5pm. We do not offer timed deliveries.  

However, if you have any time constraints, these will need to be specified at the point of ordering and we can request for these to be avoided.

Lead Times

We advise accurate lead times within the description of every product. Some of our products are available from stock and therefore can be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Other products are made to order and may take up to 4 weeks. However, if you are unsure, please feel free to enquire prior to ordering for an accurate lead time.

It's well worth noting that at certain times of the year (July and August) our product lead times can become extended due to demand.

For example, during the summer, 6 week lead times for classroom tables are not unheard of.

Delivery Pricing

Delivery charges are calculated by manufacturer small order surcharges. Our shopping cart will calculate any shipping costs for you. We do not profit out of ANY shipping charges and have subsidised many of these ourselves to keep them as low as possible.

We can deliver the following products free of charge: Gopak products, Spaceright products, including noticeboards and whiteboards, ZAP Trading products, Teknik Office products, SICO product and Monarch products

All other delivery charges:

KI Europe / Postura Plus - £35.00 carriage below £500.00 plus VAT spend

Titan Furniture / TC Office - £20.00 carriage below £300.00 plus VAT spend

Spaceforme - £20.00 carriage below £400.00 plus VAT spend

Hille / Remploy - £40.00 carriage below £300.00 plus VAT spend

Metalliform, including classroom tables - £45.00 carriage below £250.00 plus VAT spend

Advanced - £25.00 carriage below £400.00 plus VAT spend

Dynamic - £35.00 carriage below £300.00 plus VAT spend

Mogo - £30.00 carriage below £500.00 plus VAT spend

Papworth - £35.00 carriage below £300.00 plus VAT spend

Delivery to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands

Deliveries to these areas will require a shipping quotation prior to ordering.
